The goat herd is at Reesers-Now's your chance to vote for your favorite one (and help defray the costs of the project!)
Your vote donation will help fund the goat project! The herd of 22 goats from Amazing Grazing will be chomping away at 2.5 acres of invasive species and other noxious groundcover for about a week at a cost of nearly $10,000 so every donation offsets that cost
We partnered with a local business called Amazing Grazing, run by Ben and Lindsay Chase. They bring their herd of Boer goats to local properties to eradicate invasive species or noxious ones like poison ivy. Because we are always mindful of protectign the watershed, this natural option to clear the land just made sense, plus the goats are super cute and fun.
